In the event that you received a product beyond it's expiry date or you believed to be spoilt. Please get in touch with us via sales@parkfood.com.

We would request some information from you, or if you would have them prepared in advance:

  1.  Point of purchase (where did you buy it)?

  2.  Date of purchase

  3.  Expiry date indicated on packaging

  4.  Product image

  5.  Your experience (why do you think the product has gone bad)
